水泵运行时是先灌水还是先开车
问：在泵设备运行时，有人认为先开车再向泵体内灌水；有人认为应先灌水再启动动力。这两种说法谁最正确？为什么？Q: When the pump equipment is running, some people think that the pump should be started first and then filled with water; Some people think that the power should be started after irrigation. Which of these two statements is the most correct? Why?
甲：泵体灌水和开车的先后顺序：一定要先灌水，再启动电机，因为泵体灌满水后，再开车，可以使水进入机械密封端面，起到润滑冷却的作用，防止机械密封的损坏。发生渗漏现象！
楼上正解，只不过得看泵的类型和泵安装的位置决定。比如自吸泵就不用灌水就可启动机器；又比如：如果泵进水口的位置与抽水池的位置持平也是如此，但后者情况很少发生。
