离心水泵的启动与关闭
离心水泵是通过离心力的原理设计，使用在不同的环境会有不同的类型，也就自然产生不同的操作方法。最简单的莫过于小流量深井水泵。只要布置好管路（通常是消防管）将整个泵沉入水底，再插上电源便开始工作。当输送工作结束，断开电源拨出插头就OK。而用于工业企业的离心泵属于大流量离心泵，它的操作方法必须遵循规定的步骤。否则将导致不可预料的损失，最终使离心水泵损坏。所以在此阐述一下离心水泵的操作方法(启动与关闭)非常必要。Centrifugal pumps are designed based on the principle of centrifugal force. Different types of pumps are used in different environments, which naturally lead to different operation methods. The simplest is the low flow deep well pump. As long as the pipeline (usually the fire pipe) is arranged to sink the whole pump into the water bottom, and then the power supply is plugged in, the pump will start to work. When the conveying is finished, disconnect the power supply and pull out the plug. The centrifugal pump used in industrial enterprises belongs to large flow centrifugal pump, and its operation method must follow the prescribed steps. Otherwise, unexpected loss will be caused and the centrifugal pump will be damaged finally. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the operation method (startup and shutdown) of centrifugal pump.
首先须要说明的是，一定要在泵的进口和出口分别安装阀门，以便于微调控制水泵流量，除此之外需要检查水泵的叶轮转动是否灵活，转向是否正确；泵及地脚螺栓是否牢固可靠；如果有检测仪表请查看开关是否打开；如果一切正常，就可以启动离心水泵了。
启动：
一、将进口阀门开至最大；
二、关闭出口阀门；
三、连上电源启动电机；
四、调节出口阀门的开合大小，使流量表或压力表的读数在规定范围内，如果没安装测量表，则在调节出口阀门的开合大小时，测量电机电流让电机在额定电流内运行；
注意：如果输送介质是高温液体，须将泵及输送管路预热。详情请参考导热油离心泵的使用。
五、让离心水泵保持工作状态直到结束；
停机：
一、如果输送的是高温介质，需要预先降温。一般按照每分10摄氏度的速度降温，最低要降到70度才能停机，否则在冷却过程中冷却不均会损坏泵件；
二、关闭出口阀门；
三、切断电源停止电机；
四、关闭进口阀门；
五、清理现场，若离心水泵长时间不使用，请松开泵体底部的螺杆放尽泵内的液体，如有必要进行冲洗。
