阀门在水泵中的应用

Some micro pumps do not use valves at all because of their low efficiency and small pumping capacity. To work and stop, just turn off the power supply. For large flow pumps, not only install valves to control their flow, but also operate in strict accordance with the sequence of switches.

有些微型水泵由于效率低，抽水量小，完全不使用阀门。工作与停止只要关闭电源，而大流量水泵，不但要安装阀门控制它的流量，还要严格按照开关的先后顺序进行操作。

      在开启水泵电源之前，先关闭出口阀门，待电机运转正常后，再缓慢开启阀门达到流量要求。如果不按先关闭阀门这样操作，电机上电瞬间电流小，由于没关闭阀门，负荷陡然增大，使电机瞬间电流加大，容易引起跳闸或损坏电机。先关闭出水阀门启动电机，达到轻载启动就不会造成电机跳闸。

      关闭水泵时也要先关出口阀，再关电机电源。如果不关闭出口阀门就闸断电源停止水泵。管道内的水就会在地球吸力的作用下，返回水泵，由于速度快，会对水泵的零件比如叶轮、机械密封、轴承衬套等造成冲击而损坏。
