水泵的喘震现象如何解决

水泵在运行过程中，出现不间断的震动，象抽筯一样，有时又平稳正常。是水泵的质量问题还是使用问题？如何解决？

根据描述现象，水泵在运行过程中，时而喘震时而正常，这说明水泵的主要零部件没有问题。我们知道，当出口阀门打开时，保持了一定的开度。如果外界的用水量增大；也或者管道弯头多流通不畅，管道中的水流会与水泵体水流来回撞击，重而引起震荡，同时，逆止阀的指示杆会有小幅度的摆动。主要是由于水泵的供水量小于出口量造成的。适当关小水泵的出口阀门，“喘震”现象即可消除。



除此之外，地脚螺栓松动及轴承损坏也会有类似现象，细心分辨不难发现。
